The different procedures are definition of the search profile, development of retrieval strategy, selection process including reporting, presentation of candidates and personnel support during probation.
For the advertisement based search we will generate concepts in cooperation with our advertising and press agency.

If the recruited applicant does not meet the demands and has to resign within a period of 12-24 months, we pledge ourselves to another personnel recruitment free of charge.
